【Purification principle】
S2100 series product is a new type of environmental protection water curtain booth product, is a new product derived from the combination of SPCS series products and conventional water curtain painting room, is the upgrading product of 2100 series water curtain painting room, its function can replace 2100 conventional water curtain painting room, and has the purification efficiency of SPCS.
【Problem solving】
1、After being washed and separated by the S2100 paint room, the exhaust gas from the lacquer room can fully meet the "exhaust particulate emission standard" stipulated by the national environmental protection regulations, and after purifying the ultra-fine paint by SMPFE equipment, it can reach the "dust concentration emission standard in the workplace air" in the factory building.
2、For paint rooms that completely use environmentally friendly water-based paint, the exhaust gas can be discharged directly into the factory building after being purified by S2100&SMPFE equipment, or 80% can be returned to the paint room for self-recycling and 20% for fresh air, thus achieving the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
3、For the paint room using solvent-based paint, after the exhaust gas is purified by S2100 equipment, it can be directly connected to the zeolite runner or activated carbon adsorption equipment, and there is no need to add paint fog pretreatment equipment. At the same time, S2100 equipment can also absorb part of VOC, to reduce the burden of subsequent zeolite runner or activated carbon adsorption equipment.
4、If the water-based paint room completely uses water-soluble diluents, the exhaust gas can be purified by S2100&SMPFE equipment to achieve zero emission.
【Waste gas treatment effect】
1. Concentration of particulate matter in exhaust gas: less than 1250mg/m3
2. Emission concentration of particulate matter after purification: content 12.5mg/m3
3. Particulate matter purification efficiency: d ≥ 5 μ; η ≥ 99%
4. Relative humidity after purification: less than 80% in sunny days
5. Water soluble VOC, which is difficult to adsorb activated carbon or zeolite can be effectively removed by S-PCS purification.
【Function description】
1. Principle: when the waste gas passes through the SPCS equipment, it is fully washed by water, in which more than 99% of the paint fog particles are captured by water and the viscosity is eliminated under the action of flocculant A in the water. At the same time, under the action of agent B, it is wrapped into a small non-viscous slag mass floating on the water (part of the VOC is also wrapped in a small lacquer slag mass). The equipment will automatically collect the lacquer slag mass floating on the water to the slag collection basket on the back of the equipment. The dregs are poured into sealed bags and wrapped at regular times every day, waiting to be sent to the waste treatment plant to dispose of the paint dregs. The flocculant is provided by the customer. The washing water in the system is recycled, the slag removal and filtration system ensures that the washing water is always clean, and the circulating water is changed regularly.
2. By using a special mechanical structure to further separate water vapor, the relative humidity of the waste gas can be reduced to less than 80% at room temperature on a sunny day.
3. The purified waste gas can be directly into the activated carbon box for VOC adsorption treatment.
4. The maintenance of the equipment is simple, and the internal maintenance of the equipment is not needed on weekdays. It can be cleaned once or twice a year according to the use of the equipment.
5. Use the way of relevant data collection to monitor the operation status of the equipment to achieve daily maintenance reminders and equipment self-protection.
